In California, Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa has a wonderful holiday season in store for guests.  The Inn is once again pleased to offer authentically local Wine Country Winter holiday activities that promise to delight guests of all ages. Holiday travelers who want to warm up this holiday season can go for a tropical vacation at Fairmont Turnberry Isle. This year promises to be the legendary Miami resort’s finest one yet with a calendar full of exciting festivities including programs for the littlest of elves. Guests can enjoy memorable experiences from a fried turkey class and holiday spice Cuban coffee demonstration to theme nights, cupcake decorating, a jazz brunch and more. The best gift of all is with the resort’s Holiday Savers promotion, where guests can save up to 33 percent on a Fairmont Room. Rates start at $399 per room from December 20, 2010 through January 4, 2011 with a three-night minimum and deposit required.

 

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess will be gussied up for the holidays this year with a 40-foot Christmas tree in the courtyard and a 6-foot gingerbread nutcracker in the lobby.  Whether visitors come for the Arizona-style Thanksgiving feast, the Menorah lighting in the lobby or simply stop in to enjoy Christmas carolers and family activities such as basketball tournaments, cookie, stocking & dreidel making, and cider & eggnog; there will be something for everyone at the resort.  For hungry revelers, special Christmas dinners will be available in all of the onsite restaurants including Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak, La Hacienda by Richard Sandoval, LV Bistro or at The Grill at the TPC Scottsdale. Canada

With one stop, guests will find plenty of holiday cheer at Vancouver’s Fairmont Pacific Rim. During the month of December, guests can experience specialty Christmas programming, from tree decorating to Santa’s workshop and delectable holiday meals. Every year in storybook Quebec City, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac offers a variety of delectable brunches, sumptuous dinners and gala dances to celebrate the holidays. Europe

At Scotland’s Fairmont St Andrews, Christmas is a special treat.  The resort fills with festive cheer, traditional culinary treats and plenty of fun to go around.
